Review your process! Simplicity is King...

Over the past year I have become increasingly obsessed with using Evernote. There are literally hundreds of ways to use it. Easy capture of almost anything you want to remember and even easier access to that stored information from almost anywhere makes Evernote an incredibly powerful tool. Is over indulgence of a good thing a bad thing? It could be, unless the indulgence is managed. An occasional review of how I am using Evernote has proven useful in helping me fine tune the things that are working well for me, and to eliminate the things that don't work. One example of an area that I have found that needs continuous monitoring is the list of folders that I create. Creating folders on the fly leads to unintended complexity.
